Simultaneously, the C-type frame is made of integral casting (or welded steel plates with aging treatment), resulting in high rigidity (frame deformation ≤0.1mm/100kN), which can withstand the vibration and stress generated by long-term stamping, avoiding accuracy drift caused by frame deformation. Statistics show that the mean time between failures (MTBF) of the C-type servo press can reach over 8000 hours, which is 2-3 times that of traditional hydraulic presses, reducing equipment downtime for maintenance.
