The pen refill assembly machine is an automated device dedicated to the precise integration of internal components of pen refills. It can complete the sequential assembly of core components such as ink tubes, ballpoint heads, springs, and tail stoppers. It is compatible with the production of various types of pen refills, including neutral pen refills, ballpoint pen refills, and watercolor pen refills, providing high-quality inner core guarantees for pen products. ​ The equipment adopts a stepped assembly line. The process connection is achieved through multiple sets of servo motor-driven dividing plates. Each station focuses on the assembly of a single component: the first station precisely presses in the steel ball head, with a concentricity error of no more than 0.02mm.
